Hoppenthaler Works with Hélène Cardona

Hélène Cardona invited John Hoppenthaler to participate in The Creative Process, a nonprofit, multidisciplinary, international educational initiative, podcast, and traveling exhibition. Hoppenthaler will take part in SYNESTHESIA, an arts and literature journal. The first issue is now available, featuring work by writers and artists from over 30 countries. Cardona is a well-known actress (she was in Chocolat) and the author or translator of several notable books of poetry. Cardona invited Hoppenthaler to be a part of this extraordinary first issue. “Dicken’s Inn: London” is a reprint from his first volume of poetry, Lives of Water. A brief interview with Cardona is also included.

Hoppenthaler is currently a residency fellow at the Writer’s Colony at Dairy Hollow in Eureka Springs, AR. He gave a reading at Pearl’s Books in Fayetteville, AR, on July 13th.
