Gueye Writes Article in Theories Feministes
Dr. Marame Gueye wrote a piece on Patricia Hill Collins in French for Theories Feministes (Editions Seuil, 2025), an anthology edited by Camille Froidevaux-Metterie at the University of Reims in France. The anthology features hundreds of contributors worldwide and aims to place feminist ideas within their historical context and connect them to current debates. She also participated in the third edition of Jotaay Ji (The Gathering), an annual feminist festival held in Dakar.
Gueye was part of the opening panel on “Dreaming, Acting, and Sharing.” She was also in conversation with this year’s guest of honor, French Anti-Racist activist Rokhaya Diallo, about her new book, “Dictionnaire Amoureux du Feminisme.”
