Valcin Presents Thesis at NCSU

Mariot Valcin, Jr., a student in the MA program with a concentration in MTL, has been accepted to present on his thesis topic at NC State University’s Association of English Graduate Students later this month.  He also recently presented at the 2021 Carolina Rhetoric Conference.  Last semester, he won the People’s Choice Award in the Three-Minute Thesis (3MT) competition at ECU.  This summer, Valcin will complete his thesis, Interracial/intergender versus Intra-racial/intragender Antagonism in Postcolonial Literature, under the direction of Dr. Seodial Frank Deena.
