Banville’s Dissertation Wins CCCC Award
PhD Alumna Dr. Morgan Banville’s dissertation, “Am I Who I Say I Am? The Illusion of Choice: Biometric Identification in Healthcare” has won the Conference on College Composition and Communication’s Outstanding Dissertation Award in Technical Communication. Banville joins the ranks of several RWPC alumni and faculty who have won the award, including Dr. Cecilia Shelton and Dr. Temptaous Mckoy. Banville’s dissertation committee was chaired by Dr. Nicole Caswell and committee members were Dr. Erin Clark, Dr. William Banks, and Dr. Emma J. Rose (University of Washington Tacoma).
