Kitta Publishes Article and Gives Virtual Talk

Dr. Andrea Kitta published a new article, “Critiquing Internet Culture” in What Folklorists Do: Professional Possibilities in Folklore Studies, ed. Tim Lloyd from the Indiana University Press. The book “examines a wide range of professionals—both within and outside the academy, at the beginning of their careers or holding senior management positions—to demonstrate the many ways that folklore studies can shape and support the activities of those trained in it.”

This fall, Kitta has also given one conference presentation and three invited lectures, including a virtual talk at Western Kentucky University that can be viewed on YouTube.
