Gueye Featured on Feminismo Del Sur

Dr. Marame Gueye was a guest on the podcast Feminismo Del Sur with Aminata Toure, Senegal’s former Prime Minister to talk about Feminist Resistance to Colonialism and Reparations.

Gueye attended a tandem celebration of International Women’s Day and the 10th anniversary of Senegal’s Virtual University on March 8th. On March 14th, Gueye was invited to moderate a panel kicking off the second season of the award-winning podcast “Conversations Féminines,” in Dakar. This panel featured major Senegalese gender activists such as former Minister of Culture, Dr. Penda Mbow, Dr. Fatou Sow, costume designer, Oumou Sy, and many others.
