Gueye Profiled in Conversations Feminines

Dr. Marame Gueye is among seventeen Senegalese women profiled in a recent book entitled Conversations Feminines (Feminine Conversations) by Senegalese writer Zoubida Fall. Conversations Feminines is the book version of the award-winning podcast of the same name. It profiles women from Senegal and its Diaspora who have impacted their communities meaningfully. She is in episode #4 of the podcast. The podcast won the fan favorite award at the Paris Podcast Festival in 2022. The book was published at Saaraba Editions in December 2023. A portion of the proceeds helps fund girls’ education in Senegal.
