Randall Martoccia
About
Randall Martoccia has taught nearly 100 classes since 1998–mostly freshman composition but occasionally the more advanced courses you see below. He has taught over 2000 students, enough to populate a township. This town, if ever incorporated, will be made up of biblio- and cinema-philes and will be called Martopia. Since earning his MA in creative writing, Martoccia has widened his interests to include contemporary literature, screenwriting, and film criticism, and filmmaking. In 2004, through his company Lawnchair Productions, he produced a short film, “Charlie-Go-Round.” He has made several even shorter films since then, including two zombie movies, a movie full of continuity errors, and an adaptation of Kate Chopin’s “Story of an Hour.”
